Born in Brittany, France, Michel began his career as a photographer's assistant in Paris, working alongside the renowned photographer George Tourdjman. He later pursued studies in San Francisco, earning the Merit Award Scholarship from the Academy of Art University. Upon returning to Paris, Michel assisted for French Vogue during the era of influential photographers like Guy Bourdin, Helmut Newton, Albert Watson, and Georges Hurrel.

Throughout his professional journey, Michel contributed to various publications, including Italian Conde-Nast, American Vogue, ID magazine, French Elle, and international editions of Marie Claire. His work encompassed fashion editorials, advertising campaigns, beauty, cosmetics, and celebrity photography.

Noteworthy achievements in his portfolio include global advertising campaigns for brands such as Yves Saint Laurent, Marithe&Francois Girbaud, Guy Laroche, and Hanro of Switzerland. With over 50 covers and 500 pages of editorials shot internationally, Michel Nafziger stands as a prominent figure in the world of photography.

In addition to his photography endeavors, Michel conducts an annual workshop at the International Center of Photography in NYC. He also had a solo exhibition at the Iliya Fridman gallery in New York.

We and our suppliers’ maximum, aggregate liability to you, and your exclusive remedy under these terms for any and all damages, injury, property damage, and losses arising from any and all claims and causes of action arising out of, based on, resulting from or in any way related to these Terms, the Site, or Content, or your use of the Site will be to recover the actual damages you incur based upon reasonable reliance on the Site up to five dollars (U.S. $5.00).
